For Australian online orders we have FREE shipping.
Upgrade to Express shipping for $4.
For International online orders: We have a shipping rate of $15AUD.
For domestic online orders of $70AUD or more we offer FREE EXPRESS shipping (exclusive of any other offers or discounts).
We do NOT ship to China due to current animal testing laws.
Delivery & Delivery Times
All Australian online orders via standard shipping are anticipated to be delivered within 3-5 business days and SA, WA, TAS 7-10 days.
All Australian online orders via express shipping are anticipated to be delivered within 1-2 days to metropolitan areas (express shipping may take up to 5-7 days to remote Australian locations).
All international orders are anticipated to be delivered within 5-10 business days
All parcels sent must be signed for at the provided delivery address to be received unless stated otherwise when placing order. Tan Tootie accepts no responsibility for lost or missing orders if you have given permission for the parcel to be left unattended without being signed for. Please use your tracking order and try to ensure you are at the address provide to accept and sign for your parcel. Should no one be home a ticket will be left stating where you can collect your parcel from – please ensure to collect from your closest collections within the provided timeframe to avoid parcels being returned to us.
Please note: we can only send to residential or business addresses and not PO boxes in Australia and internationally.
Should you receive a damaged or faulty product, please accept our apologies. We take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in more detail. In order to do this we ask that you contact us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. Please provide your order number, details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed faulty by our team.
Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Should you make an error with your online order please contact us immediately so the order can be amended prior to being dispatched to avoid additional shipping costs if possible.
Any return shipping and handling charges are at the sole expense and responsibility of the customer. Tan Tootie will not be liable to reimburse the customer for any shipping related to returns.
